Following the letter, dated 18 February 2026, from H.E. Mr. Andrii Melnyk, Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the United Nations, and H.E. Ms. Sanita Pavļuta-Deslandes, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Latvia to the United Nations, requesting the resumption of the eleventh emergency special session of the General Assembly in accordance with resolution ES-11/9 of 3 December 2025.
